Fire Risk Assessment (Basic) Course Content • Key legal requirements in connection with fire risk assessment. • Recognise and define basic terminology relating to the principles of fire risk assessment. • Fire risk assessment methodology, and appropriate sources of guidance. • Application of the (HSE) 5 step approach to the process of fire risk assessment. • Documentation of a fire risk assessment. • Identification and application of effective "follow up" actions subsequent to a fire risk assessment. Who should attend The training will benefit managers and others who are responsible for conducting or reviewing basic fire risk assessments for offices, small retail and similar sized premises. Assessment A written fire risk assessment will be set and candidates need to successful pass this project in order to be certified. Dates: Dates arranged on application.
