| Course Objectives The course includes preparing and receiving petroleum deliveries and taking emergency action and meets the requirements of Total (UK) Limited in regards to competent person certificate (Licensee Controlled Deliveries) deliveries and taking emergency action. . Licensee Controlled Delivery - competent person training course content Delegates will be shown the theory and practical involved in: • The Law - Duty of care, general duties and delegation • The Forecourt - Opening up and closing down, operating dispensers, fault reporting and accident/incident reporting • Deliveries - Receiving deliveries, spillage procedures and unexplained wet stock losses • Fire - Maintenance of fire systems and fire fighting equipment and fire prevention. (does not include practical fire fighting) Who should attend This course is intended for those persons who accept Licensee Controlled Fuel Deliveries. Assessment A local tutor runs the course. Candidates are assessed by multiple choice exam and practical test. Successful candidates will be awarded a certificate of training verified by Total (UK) Limited. Dates: Dates arranged on application Duration: ½ Day and practical assesment Maximum Trainees: 10 Cost: £200.00 per course (+ £25 examination fee per person).
